THE FLATLINERS seront de retour dans notre chere capitale afin de vous présenter leur nouvel album " DEAD LANGUAGE " qui s'annonce deja comme l'un des albums de cette fin d'année !!! Et cette fois il viendront accompagnés des Autrichiens de ASTPAI !!!

THE FLATLINERS (Punk Rock Ca / Fat Wreck Chords )

Groupe canadien de Toronto, évoluant dans le Skunk Rawk, formé en 2002, The Flatliners sort sa première démo à l'automne 2002, extrêmement bien accueillie avec notamment des passages radios décisifs. Un second enregistrement en 2003 les fait voyager un peu plus, traversant l'Atlantique. Dans la foulée, un 4-w ay split (un split avec 4 groupes donc) intitulé Who said ska's dead ? avec Grand Skam, Suzy Jacuzzi and the Hottubs et The Makeshift Heroes est enregistré et leur permet d'accéder à quelques premières parties plus qu'importantes dans leur ascension.
Tout naturellement, leur premier Full-lengh album, Destroy To Create, sort en 2005 (enregistré en autoprod en 2004) au Canada puis aux États-Unis en fin d'année. Ils sont désormais signés sur Stomp Records. Ils ont partagé l'affiche avec les maîtres du genre, The Suicide Machines, leur compatriote de The Planet Smashers mais aussi Against All Authority, Big D and the kids table, The Code, Murphy's Law et Streetlight Manifesto . "So many lessons have been learned, so many bridges have been burned". Fort de ce succès, le quatuor se voit proposer un deal par Fat Mike quelques temps plus tard et sort son second effort, The Great Awake en 2007 via Fat Wreck. Puis s'en suivra le fabuleux album CAVALCADE et il faudra attendre mis septembre pour la sortie de leur nouvelle bombe

ASTPAI ( Punk Rock / At )

Blasting out of a dirty basement's rehearsal room there comes the straight forward punkrock sound of Austria's very own ASTPAI. Think of Strike Anywhere meets AC/DC, never lacking a sense in melody and sing-a-longs. Their Hardcore/Punk sound comes along with both very personal as well as political views and offers some new ideas without just presenting shallow paroles and drained statements.

ASTPAI has been a consistently touring band for five years now, including destinations such as Western-, Central-, and Eastern Europe as well as the USA, Canada and Russia.

In a total of ten years the band has shared stages with numerous international acts like Kid Dynamite, Rocket From The Crypt, Anti-Flag, Flogging Molly, Leftöver Crack, Fucked Up, Paint It Black, The Flatliners, Dead To Me, A Wilhelm Scream, Riverboat Gamblers, and many more.
